Shipping policy

Every Bearly Afraid item is made to order by our production partner when you place your order. Nothing sits in a warehouse, so please allow a little time for your piece to be created before it ships. (Production time is already included in the delivery estimates below.)

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

  • United States: estimated 4–14 business days to arrive (production + shipping)
  • United Kingdom & Europe: estimated 10–30 days to arrive (production + shipping)
  • Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout by our print partner's shipping profiles.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed — carrier delays can happen, especially during holidays and peak cryptid season. 🐻

Where we ship?
We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, and European Union. We only offer checkout to regions our print partner can reliably fulfill.

Is there tracking?
A tracking number is emailed automatically when your order ships. If you haven't received it within your delivery window, check your spam folder or email us at bearlyafraid@gmail.com.

Customs, duties & import taxes (international)
For orders shipping outside the US, import duties or taxes may be charged by your country on delivery. These are not collected at checkout and are the customer's responsibility. Refused packages due to unpaid duties are treated as a customer-initiated return (see Refund Policy).

International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, or taxes charged by your destination country. These are not included at checkout and are the responsibility of the buyer. Customs can also hold packages, which may add to delivery time — this is outside our control.

We currently do not ship to:

  • Cuba
  • Iran
  • North Korea
  • Crimea Region, 
    Donetsk People’s Republic, and Luhansk People’s Republic
  • Ukraine
  • Russia
  • Belarus
  • Palestine (Gaza Strip)
  • Syria

Wrong or incomplete address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect or undeliverable address may require you to pay reshipping costs.

If we can't fulfill your order
On rare occasions our print partner may be unable to produce or ship an item (a blank goes out of stock, or your region isn't serviceable). If that happens, we'll notify you and issue a full refund for the affected item — no hassle.
